"You see it finished before you pay" is a genuinely strong risk-reversal, it removes the exact fear a local shop owner has about agencies (pay upfront, weeks of back-and-forth, an unfinished result). Building from what's already public (Google reviews, hours, map) means zero effort from the owner, no forms, no uploads, and the $500-once, $99/year-optional pricing is dead simple to understand.
The biggest problem
Building a full working site speculatively, before any payment or commitment, is real unpaid labor per prospect, and nothing on the page addresses how this scales past manually building sites for a handful of interested shops. If growth means more sales calls, that's fine; if it means building more free sites hoping for a 50$/500$ conversion, the model strains fast.

State a real turnaround time and how many sites you've already built, that's the proof a skeptical owner needs, and it also signals the model is working at volume, not just as a one-off favor.
Would a small business owner be interested?
Yes, genuinely. "They search first, the other shop looks ready" names the exact anxiety a no-website shop owner already has but rarely articulates. The barber/auto shop/salon framing is specific enough to feel like it's speaking to them, not generic SMBs.
Would they understand how it works easily?
Yes, the three steps (we build it, you see it finished, you go live) are about as simple as it gets, and "no forms, no uploads" removes the usual point of confusion (what do I even send them?).
Would they have a lot of questions?
A few, mainly: "how did you get my info to build this," "what if I want changes before paying," and "is $99/year mandatory." The FAQ section exists but the page cuts off before I can see if those exact questions are answered.
