These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of r8myproject, accessible at https://www.r8myproject.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

r8myproject is a platform where founders publish their projects and exchange structured feedback ("roasts"). Giving feedback earns roasts; publishing a project spends them.

Accounts

You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and must provide accurate information. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Roasts (Virtual Credits)

• Roasts are a virtual in-app currency. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Roasts are earned by giving feedback and spent by publishing projects, according to the rules shown in the Service.
• Roasts are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the projects and feedback you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Service so it can function (e.g. showing your project to testers and your feedback to project owners).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• post illegal, harmful, hateful or infringing content;
• harass other users or submit abusive feedback in bad faith;
• create fake accounts or manipulate the roast system;
• spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

Feedback should be honest and constructive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Feedback exchanged on the Service reflects the personal opinions of users, not ours. We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of any feedback.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
