I plan TSP's own development inside the deployed product, so you're poking at the development record, not a demo dataset. The product: your software project is a tree of nodes, each with intent, in-scope, out-of-scope, and acceptance criteria, connected by typed edges (depends_on, uses, implements, conflicts_with, supersedes, relates_to). Agents read the same plan through an MCP server (Claude Code, Codex, any MCP client), pull the node they're building, and record results back. The bet: a plan with real structure survives agent sessions in a way a markdown file doesn't. Solo founder, publicly launched, early access behind a waitlist. The problem is real and precisely named: agents ship fast, the plan lives in a chat thread nobody can govern. The "before terminal / after canvas" framing is the clearest thing on the page. MCP-agnostic ("whatever model wins this quarter") is the right bet, and the founder note reads honest.
The biggest problem
It's a waitlist built almost entirely from mockups. Every screenshot is a concept illustration, not a capture of a working product. For an audience of skeptical engineers, a dozen polished fake screens plus "join the list" reads as a thing that doesn't exist yet. Nothing to open, nothing to try, no recording of the real tool taking a real spec to a tree.
Top suggestion
Ship one real, touchable artifact before you ask for the email: a read-only demo canvas of an actual project, or a 90-second screen recording of the live product decomposing a PRD. One proof it's real beats ten more mockups.
Click the shared canvas cold. Where exactly do you stop understanding what you're looking at: first 10 seconds, first node you open, or the edges? I need the drop-off point, not a verdict.
there's no shared canvas to click on the public site, so I can't give you a real drop-off point, only what the mockups do to me. I lose the thread at the node-kind vocabulary: SYS / SVC / CAP / DATA / COMP / WORK, six abbreviations with no legend, and I'm reverse-engineering your taxonomy before I've opened a single node. If a cold visitor has to learn your ontology to read the hero image, that's drop-off number one.
Your agent already reads a PLAN.md or spec file for free. What would a plan tool have to do, concretely, for you to move that file into it? If the answer is "nothing," say that.
close to "nothing" today, only because I can't see it work. The thing that would actually move me is the ledger: every agent change auto-linked to a commit and a node, so I can open the plan days later and see what shipped against what I scoped without re-reading a diff. A flat PLAN.md never stays in sync with what the agent actually did. But I'd need to watch that happen once, not read that it happens.
If you'd pay at all: the monthly price where this is an obvious yes, and the price where you'd churn. Two numbers.
if it delivered the ledger and a resumable plan reliably, obvious yes at $15-20/mo solo. I'd churn around $40/mo solo, or the first time I catch the plan drifting out of sync with the repo and stop trusting it.
Thanks for your roast. FYI though, the landing page does not feature any mockups.
