The product: your software project is a tree of nodes, each with intent, in-scope, out-of-scope, and acceptance criteria, connected by typed edges (depends_on, uses, implements, conflicts_with, supersedes, relates_to). Agents read the same plan through an MCP server (Claude Code, Codex, any MCP client), pull the node they're building, and record results back.
